What you’ll do: As a generalist, youʼll have an ownership role in multiple parts of our technology and work across the stack. In this role, the Community Development Manager will help create an ecosystem of platform users, brand ambassadors, and thought leaders who can elevate Moth+Flame’s brand awareness. This role will be critical to managing organizations and individuals in three main communities: diversity, equity and inclusion thought leaders, military training innovators, and corporate training professionals. The Community Development Manager will report directly to the VP of Communications, Government Affairs and DEI Community.
